The Cleaning Process

What To Expect

This is a guide to what happens on the day we arrive to work at your property

  • Arrival

    Our operatives will arrive at a pre booked time to start your installation, this will consist of a master installer and a labourer (dependant on job size)

  • Itinerary

    Our installer will confirm with you the exact schedule to which they will be working to complete he work on your property.

  • Site Clearing

    We will move any obstructions (plant pots etc) to an area that might delay the cleaning process.

  • Site Protection

    All surrounding areas (including neighbouring properties where necessary) will be protected using waterproof tarpaulins that have been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before use.

  • Cleaning

    The cleaning process will then begin, all areas agreed will be washed using either steam or one of our variable pressure washers along with any agreed chemical application and all dirt, mess and debris will be removed.

  • Sanding & Re-pointing (option)

    The driveway or patio will then be sanded or repointed as to the agreed schedule of works, or where agreed, any remedial issues attended to i.e cementing work

  • Reinstatement

    All areas will then be cleared and all obstructions put back to their original position.

  • Protective Sprays (option)

    If a disinfecting solution is requested this will now be applied by spray application on all agreed surfaces.

  • Sealing (option)

    This is where the additional sealing of the surface is requested. This will be done using spray or roller application.

  • Completion

    We will then ask you to complete your order.
