Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment of the total price less any deposit shall be payable on delivery to the Company’s representatives by the Customer. Where the Customer has entered into a financial agreement with a Finance Company whereupon payment shall be made by the Finance Company directly to the Company and in default of payment being made by the Finance Company, the Customer shall make payment in full to the Company within 7 days of being called upon to do so. Cheques shall be made payable to Pro-Clean Exteriors.
  2. Any time or date specified by the Company for goods to be delivered and/or installed is given in good faith and we will make our best efforts to adhere to the agreed date, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control such as adverse weather.
  3. All products supplied by Pro-Clean Exteriors carry a 2-year guarantee unless otherwise stated.
  4. All guarantee claims must be in writing to Head Office. Access to the property to effort such work shall be during normal working hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm). In the event of any dispute, the Company must have reasonable access to remove said defects and where necessary instruct a specialist report.
  5. The Company’s acceptance of supply and installation orders is subject to an installer’s survey, results of which the Company reserve the right to refuse to accept the order and refund all monies paid, as does the Customer have the right to cancel within the agreed period as set out in these terms.
  6. Claims for surface damage, blemishes etc. must be made within 4 weeks of installation, or delivery on supply only contracts. Exposed timber or surfaces will require normal maintenance and failure to do so will render the guarantee void in respect of such timber or exterior surface. The Company shall not accept claims for normal expansion of building materials outside acceptable parameters.
  7. The Customer shall permit access to the installation to the Company, its employees and agents at all reasonable times in connection with the installation.
  8. There may be reason(s) for the technical assessor to suggest a variation to your original order or you may wish to add to the order.
  9. The Company will not be held responsible for damage to installed products whereby wilful neglect has been shown on the part of the Customer.
  10. The Customer will be responsible for the maintenance of surrounding areas to installation as to not invalidate the guarantee.
